**Job description**:
1. Managing MD’s desk communication & mails

2. Scheduling of monthly MIS

3. Co ordinating Travel arrangements for MD

4. Co ordinating with Senior level management when required

5. Prepare and manage correspondence and documents

6. Managing new Projects data & communication

7. Should know Excel knowledge and prepare reports.

8. Good fluency in English communication

9. Knowledge in Clients & Vendor Agreements

10. Calendar Management, appointments planning.

11. Knowledge in Outlook & Gmail scheduling Google Team Meetings.

12. Managing MD's personal database, policies, investments portfolio

13.Handling Travel Desk

14. MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

**Requirements**:
Qualification - Any undergraduate with minimum 6 months

Work Timing - 9.30am to 05.30pm (Mon to Sat)

Location - Egmore, Chennai

Experience - Minimum 6 months work experience with office admin or any secretarial activities.

Should be in good at interpersonal Skills & communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
