
Personal Assistant to The CEO

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing and expanding multiple logistics businesses. This role goes beyond traditional assistance—you will play a key role in business growth, strategic operations, and financial expansion while working closely with the CEO.
**Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Business Support**
- Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, assisting with daily operations and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in managing and scaling four logistics businesses:
- Dispatch services
- Trucking operations
- Freight brokerage
- Dispatch training and education
- Conduct market research and provide insights for business expansion.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, client interactions, and negotiations when required.
- Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for decision-making.
**Business Growth & Revenue Expansion**
- Work with the CEO to develop growth strategies for revenue generation.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Support sales and marketing teams in acquiring and retaining customers.
**Operations & Performance Management**
- Ensure smooth coordination between dispatching, trucking, and brokerage operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business targets are met.
- Utilize technology and software to streamline logistics operations.
**Leadership & People Management**
- Coordinate with managers and department heads to align with business goals.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing key team members.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity across different business units.
**CEO Support & Travel Management**
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Be available for domestic or international travel as required for business expansion.
- Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion.
- Background in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-responsibility role such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Business Growth Manager.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software, CRM tools, and automation systems.
- High energy, ambition, and a proactive mindset to drive business success.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Open to travel and work closely with the CEO to scale the business.
