Receptionist/administrator (Female)

As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will also provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a comprehensive Daily/Weekly reports of team members.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Qualifications and Skills
Undergraduate/Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
