**Work Timings & Days**:11AM to 8 PM/ 6 Days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- YouTube Advertising: Create and manage YouTube ad campaigns to promote our courses, effectively reaching our target audience.
- Campaign Strategy: Design comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion rates.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our content team to create engaging and relevant ad content, including videos, graphics, and ad copy.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting and audience segmentation techniques to pinpoint and engage our ideal customers.
- Data Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, continually making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising, and YouTube ads.
- In-depth knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional creativity and proficiency in content creation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
