**Operation Centre Shift Manager**

**What you will do**

**How you will do it**
- Oversee the daily operations of the GSOC during assigned shifts.
- Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to potential security threats.
- Coordinate and manage emergency response efforts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise, train, and mentor GSOC staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GSOC operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of GSOC processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Take necessary actions to provide a consistent delivery of security and communications services.

**What we look for**
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using security software and tools.
- Experience working in a GSOC or similar security operations environment.
- Knowledge of international security standards and practices.
