1. Proper handling and taking bed to bed over of patient in each shift.

2. Making admission and discharge of patient.

3. Taking rounds for patient care and required duties with doctors and senior nursing staff (officers).

4. Assisting doctors in medical examination and treatment of patient.

5. Identifying nursing need of patients and treatment needs and carrying out the task identified.

6. Giving care to patient as instructed by Sr. Sister / Doctor.

7. Maintain personal hygiene and comfort of patients.

8. Provide clean and safe environment for patient.

9. Taking care of nutritional needs of the patients.

10. Impart health education to the patient and their relatives.

11. Provide pre and post-operative care to patients.

12. Maintaining record (account) of Narcotics and Poisonous drugs.

13. Maintenance of medical records of patients.

14. Keep patient’s records under safe custody.
Follow nursing protocols and assist in Billing Process.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
