Project Description:

- HIL Test Automation using dspace
- The scope of this project is to Automate existing manual HiL tests, such that they are compatible with
- dspace Automation desk.
- The following features and tasks shall be realized within this project:

- Analyze existing system under test
- Realize all the input and output parameters
- Build Test framework necessary Libraries and APIs as required
- Convert all the manual HiL tests executed using control desk environment into Automation
- desk environment and perform validation and generate test report.
- Required Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Setting up of HIL system for system validation (Familiar with HIL system
- functionality, hardware/software tool set, Hardware IO requirements, Sensor and actuator signal
- interfaces in Powertrain Controls).
- Should have expertise in handling features related to BCM and Gateway modules
- Should have prior experience in verification & validation using HIL, dsapce, control desk, and
- Automation desk.
- Must have the ability for Automated testing through Scripting languages like python, CAPL and VB.
- Experience in Vector CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, Canape, canstress).
- Communication and Diagnostics Protocols like CAN, LIN, UDS and KWP
- Good work experience and Knowledge in Automotive Systems Domain.
- Good know-how of testing methodologies and test strategies for ECU validation.
- Experience in Vector VT, and ETAS HIL System is an additional advantage.
- Experience with understanding of Simulink I/O and plant models
- Experience in understanding electrical schematics
- Good to have:

- Is ISTQB foundation level certified
- Very strong ability to own high level objective, develop supporting plans and document sub tasks
