**Job Description**:
This job primarily requires counseling skills, patience and convincing skills. The leads being assigned to the branch will be handled by the counselors, contacting enquired students and clearing their doubts, thereby guiding them to the apt country of their choice. has tie-ups with universities across the globe and students should be advised of university options that suit the entry requirements based on their academics and overall profile strength. Intense training on various destinations and universities will be provided to the new joiners by the training division to effectively fulfill the responsibilities entrusted.

❖ Primary Responsibilities
- Making effective counseling to the inbound enquiries assigned through CRM and attending IVR Calls.
- Perform offline and virtual counseling to all the leads received.
- Maintain the data in CRM.
- Share the daily report with the Branch-In-Charge and attend the meetings.
- Assist Branch-in-Charge in achieving the target of annual enrollments assigned for a branch.
- Support the Branch-in-Charge in the preparation of the daily report.

❖ Secondary Responsibilities
- Participating/conducting Regional/International/National ground activities as and when required.
- Performing pre-departure seminars (If, required).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
