**CTC Range: Rs 1.2 to 2 Lac per Annum (LPA) with average CTC of Rs 1.7 LPA with average In Hand Salary of Rs 14.2 thousand per month (KPM)**

**Major Responsibilities**
- Generating business through various online portals as well as offline business meetings.
- Maintain a proper follow-up system for Business Deal Closures and Payments for the same
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts, asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company, suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Obtaining customer information and maintaining the database regularly.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Preparing the MIS and sharing it with the management
- Trace customers whose contact details are not available
- Negotiate with customer regarding the payments and Delinquent Customer regress follow-up
- Update feedback of customer with respect to payments

**Key Skills**
- HSC/Diploma /equivalent
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department for at least 6 months. Preference for experience in sales of (Finance Products Insurance, Credit, Debit Card)
- Cold calling ,Inbound and outbound sales
- Confident, Convincing abilities in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Good co-ordinator with networking skills and telephone etiquettes
- Soluion-mindedness and go-getter
- Hard-working individual and dedicated
- Good time management abilities
- Good knowledge of the geographical area in and around Pune
- Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
