**Your Role in Delivering Quality Healthcare**:
As a Lab Technician at Welcare Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic information that supports patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures in areas such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Histopathology (depending on your specialization).
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper calibration and functionality.
- Preparing reagents, controls, and standards according to established protocols.
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing patient samples with accuracy and efficiency.
- Recording and documenting test results meticulously, adhering to quality control standards.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines within the laboratory.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participating in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.
- **Valid and active registration with the Paramedical Council of Kerala is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
