**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Convey concepts with quick sketches (fast and fluid), and CAD visualization
- Use retail environment awareness and knowledge of specifications and guidelines
- Conceptualization, design and management of the production of printed packaging
- Delivery of Placement Prints
- Submit Finished Art
- Yardage/Pattern repeats
- Research and development of new concepts and adaptation of existing designs
- Execute brand compliant packaging graphics from approved style guides with guidance from Art Director (includes foreign language translation when required), Adding Bar codes, proofing and QC
- Pre-flight formatting
- Create mock-ups

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design
- Extensive Mac knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Acrobat
- Thorough understanding of Pre-flight and Artwork development with printing knowledge of different techniques
- Independent worker who produces consistent, high-quality designs
- Superior attention to detail including spelling, grammar, file naming, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the fly
- Strong adherence to deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; someone who is able to shift gears quickly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
