As an Image Retouching Graphic Designer, your role will be to enhance and refine product images for web, print, and social media use. You will work closely with the photography and design teams to ensure the final output meets high brand and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **high-end image retouching** including color correction, background removal, dust/spot removal, and sharpening
- Enhance product images to highlight details, shine, texture, and clarity (especially for jewelry or fashion items)
- Manage large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Maintain consistency in image styling and formatting across all visuals
- Collaborate with photographers and designers to ensure brand alignment
- Organize, archive, and deliver final files in required formats and sizes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in image retouching or product enhancement
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** (must), **Lightroom**, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Experience working with **jewelry**, **fashion**, or **e-commerce product images** is preferred
- Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, reflections, and color balance
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp visual sense
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
