**Job Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at ERM Global Investors, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing content that supports our marketing, sales, and branding efforts in the real estate industry. Your designs will be integral to creating engaging and impactful materials that highlight our properties, investment opportunities, and brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching and informative designs for brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and digital content related to real estate listings and projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that communicate our real estate services and projects effectively.
- Ensure consistency in design across all brand materials, maintaining our corporate identity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design engaging property listings and promotional materials for real estate investors.
- Produce design assets for both online and offline platforms, ensuring they are optimized for various formats (web, print, mobile).
- Stay up to date with current design trends, especially in the real estate sector, and suggest improvements for design strategies.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in creating real estate-related designs, including brochures, flyers, online ads, etc.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn ideas into visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control in design work.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
