**Position Overview**: We are seeking passionate and motivated freshers to join our internship/fellowship program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in the development sector, particularly in areas such as education, health, livelihood, and women empowerment. Interns will gain hands-on experience working on field projects, engaging with communities, and contributing to meaningful initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects in education, health, livelihood, and women empowerment.
- Conduct field visits to engage with community members, gather data, and assess project impact.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and adapt project strategies based on field observations and research findings.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in community outreach and awareness programs to promote project objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Adapt to tight project schedules and work effectively under pressure.
**Qualifications**:
- Recent graduates or final-year students with a background in social sciences, development studies, public health, education, technology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in education, health, livelihood, women empowerment projects, and the environment.
- Willingness to work in field locations and engage directly with community members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Proactive attitude and a strong commitment to making a positive impact.
