 Do market research and provide thought-leadership on UI/UX best practices followed globally

and next-generation digital trends.

 Creating designs which meets international standards and adhere to the company design

policies.

 Create design which will meet the requirement for the various partners, D2C and other

business channels.

 Work with SEO and SEM specialists on optimizing site content and Online marketing.

 Should have a good understanding on how the design can increase the conversion ratio

across various platforms.

 Create A/B and multivariate testing for the designs, conduct workshops and work on the

outcomes.

 Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.

 Create UI/UX by newest standard of HTML / CSS / PHP / JAVA practices.

 Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant

recommendations.

 Create high-fidelity mock-ups for vetting and user testing, and finished.psd files for

development.

**Skills**:
 Bachelor’s in computer science or related field, or significant equivalent experience with good

communication skills.

 3-5 years minimum experience with latest versions of HTML/XHTML, CSS, PHP / JAVA.

 A strong visual and technical portfolio with familiarity in multiple HTML frameworks, strong

JavaScript & jQuery skills (such as consuming APIs)

 Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Sketch, InvsionApp, UX Pin, Adobe products (or

equivalent tools).

 Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.

 Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
