Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate effectively between departments and locations.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Accounting, book keeping & cash handling
- using computerized accounting.
- All voucher making, posting, store entries, regular reports.
- All admin work related to Kolkata office, rentals, bills etc.
- Legal cases & court matters including coordinating with the lawyers including their identification, appointment, provide papers and follow up etc.
- Attendance, Payroll, compliances of Kolkata and site offices
- PF maintenance, PF return filing and other statuary compliances.
- Liaison work for all tax matters and statutory compliances
- Kolkata office also trades in certain specialist products. Some amount of quotations, liaison, marketing, purchase and logistics for the same will also be a requirement of this position.
- It may be noted that there is a site office at Dhaka, Bangladesh and the requirements of that office may also be covered by the Kolkata office. Hence the incumbent will also be responsible for banking, taxation, liaison, and other requirements for the Bangladesh site office as well.
- Digital marketing.
- Purchasing/sourcing.
- Export Enquiries & quotation.
- Online Research for the products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
