Ielts Trainer

**Role Description**

**Position - **IELTS Trainer

**Job Type - **Full Time/ Part Time/ Freelance

**Location - **4th floor, Bidla sons, Ajmer Rd, above BO, near Elements Mall, DCM, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019

1) Coordinate and manage the entire IELTS test administration process, including scheduling, registration, and test day logistics.

2) Ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of IELTS examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards.

3) Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS guidelines, policies, and procedures, and ensure strict adherence to these standards.

4) Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the IELTS testing process.

5) Serve as the primary point of contact for IELTS test takers, providing information, guidance, and support throughout the testing process.

6) Manage resources, including test materials and equipment, to support the smooth running of IELTS examinations.

7) Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the IELTS program and attract test takers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, Education, or a related field
- Fresher with excellent communication skills and zeal to make a career into IELST Training or a Certified IELTS Trainer with experience in teaching IELTS
- Knowledge of IELTS examination and related materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver learning outcomes within strict deadlines

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
