- Should have 4-8 years of experience in administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Primavera Unifier, providing both technical and functional assistance to end users and project teams.
- Hands-on experience in managing user access, permissions, and security roles, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving first
- Experience in configuring and customizing business processes, including project management, cost management, and schedule management modules within Unifier.
- Capable of preparing and maintaining support documentation, conducting user training, and developing training materials.
- Exposure to system upgrades, patch management, and integration testing involving Unifier and other enterprise systems.
- Good knowledge of database concepts (SQL) and web technologies to support integrations and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, or capital projects will be an added advantage.
- Oracle Primavera or Unifier certification is preferred.
