**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
- Monitor and optimize chemical processes involving Zinc compounds (e.g., Zinc Oxide, Zinc Sulfate) and Acid chemicals (e.g., Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid).
- Maintain laboratory instruments and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain lab records according to QA/QC protocols.
- Support production teams with process adjustments to improve product yield and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in handling chemicals.
- Assist in R&D activities for developing new formulations or improving existing ones.
- Coordinate with other departments (Production, EHS, QC) for continuous process improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Zinc and Acid chemical processing is **mandatory**.
- Knowledge of lab instrumentation such as pH meters, titrators, spectrophotometers, etc.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (MSDS, PPE usage, chemical handling).

**Skills Required**:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic lab software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
