Role Description - Loan Servicing
1
Internal Title: Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Analyst role with 5-7 years of experience in Syndicated Loan Servicing space, with below skill requirements:

- Experience in Syndicated Loan operations covering both agented and participant banks working with external and internal stakeholders to

support remediation of backlog to reduce the loan delinquency levels
- Experience in setting rates, research inquires, process indicative data changes, process loan activity such as payments, advances, letter of

credit adjustments, and billing of interest and fees
- Perform reconciliation of loan details between Servicing and Booking systems and recommend options to remediate
- End to end understanding and strong knowledge of Loan IQ platform from a syndicated loan servicing standpoint
- Support cash matching activities by performing research to identify notices and set up receivables in the loan booking platform (Loan IQ)
- Ability to perform complex investigations to identify the gaps in cash breaks or past due deals, remediate and address breaks as appropriate
- Ability to identify the root cause for incorrect receivable setup and perform outreach to agent banks to secure notices to complete setup and

matching activities
- Experience in performing approver roles, requiring independent evaluation of loan setup activities, highlight and fix gaps, release receivables

and match cas

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560048, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
