**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Deliver effective soft skills training to our students.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Provide individual and group coaching to enhance soft skills abilities.
- Assess the training needs of students and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training approach.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in soft skills training.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and student performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,780.45 per month
