Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
1) Look after the facility and fulfil all needs as per needed.

2) Should look after the office cleanliness and manpower activity.

3) Help HR to prepare an HR budget to manage all types events.

4) Help HR to organise employee birthday, Team member achievement other office parties.

5) Organise official meetings at Bilpar & Premtola office with the help of HR.

6) Follow up & take care of lunch facility and manage whenever any obstacle comes.

7) Attendance management of employees.

8) Monitor blue collars job role on daily basis.

9) Help HR to maintain facility registers & also make salary sheets.

Qualifications:
1) HS or Graduate level passed

2) Females Preferred

3) Strong Communication skills with knowledge of computer a bit.

4) Should know computer & should be an all rounder in managing everything.

5) Should be prepared of all situations.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
