We are looking for enthusiastic and confident **Telecallers** to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients and students, explaining our digital marketing courses and services, and helping them make informed decisions. If you have great communication skills and enjoy talking to people — this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads, clients, and students.
- Explain our services, offers, and course details clearly and confidently.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle incoming inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Positive attitude and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
