Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laparoscopic Surgeon to join our esteemed team. As a Laparoscopic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing laparoscopic surgeries to diagnose and treat various conditions. Your expertise and precision will contribute to our mission of delivering excellent surgical outcomes and ensuring patient satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of laparoscopic surgeries, including but not limited to cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, gastric procedures, and colorectal surgeries.
- Evaluate patient medical history, conduct physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including counseling, surgical planning, and follow-up consultations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical assistants, to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in laparoscopic surgical techniques and procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree (MS/DNB) in General Surgery or equivalent.
- Valid medical license to practice in Himachal Pradesh, India.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Laparoscopic Surgeon, with a focus on advanced laparoscopic procedures.
- Expertise in performing laparoscopic surgeries, including proficiency in techniques, instrument handling, and suturing.
- Excellent understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and principles of sterile technique.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Research experience and publications in the field of laparoscopic surgery will be an added advantage.
