**Job Description**:

- Should be an experienced lawyer with minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with a law firm for a corporate house;
Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations and Contract Law and data privacy law;
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements, setting up of standard Master Agreements template, forte in Confidentiality Agreements, review of terms and conditions
Excellent collaboration and People Management Skills, self motivated

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting of all kind of agreement with all required clauses in favour of the organisation;
- Review the final agreements from a legal perspective and ensure mínimal risks to the organization;
- Manage the work in a timely manner to ensure prompt deliveries without any miss on the regulatory requirements;
- Guide the company in interpretation of laws applicable to the business;
- Guide and direct other functions on compliance matters both at the corporate level and at the site level;
- Ensure timely and efficient coordination with the business partners on all issues of disputes and policy interpretation;
- Develop a database of legal, regulatory & statutory requirements for assignments and projects;
- Provide legal support to the Sales team in the sale deed preparations, agreements, registrations etc and provide support for customer satisfaction;
- Ensure effective management of legal documentation;
- Assists the senior in drafting and negotiating documents or in dealings with clients;
- Responds effectively to daily inhouse queries and meeting the organisation expectations;
- Actively involves in a high quality research work;
- Produces detailed and accurate work, maintaining an overview of the matter;

- Research and advise the Company on various legal matters and compliances covering Commercial Law, Company Law and RBI Regulations;
- Supervising and overseeing all legal Compliance for the Company for its dairy segment.
- Work related to IPR, FEMA, M&A and Corporate Law;
- Due diligence for all legal documents;
- Data protection, legislation applicable for Aadhaar related services, Information Technology Act, 2000 and tracking similar developments in India;
- Maintain all legal documents as per internal filing processes;
- Preparing/sending /replying legal notices;
- Liaison with the Finance team, Sales and Business teams for routine business activities/ deals of the Company;
- Excellent skill of using standard and advanced features of Microsoft Word for reviewing and drafting contracts;
- Should have passion in the field of Law and be a hustler;
- Should be updated on relevant legislation and amendments;
- Demonstrated (hands on experience) in contract drafting, good negotiation, and execution skills i.e., ability to draft, negotiate and execute contracts;
- Should have excellent research, analytical skills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work single-handedly in a fast-paced dynamic business environment; and
- Personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and to be a trusted member within the legal/compliance team.
