**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **motivated and confident Tele caller** to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our IT services or products, and scheduling meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services (e.g., software development, web/mobile apps, digital solutions).
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain call logs and update the CRM database.
- Follow up with interested leads and keep them engaged.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic understanding of IT services or digital products.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
