We are Hiring For CNC Machinist

Qualification : Diploma/PG Diploma

Expereince : 1-5 years

Location : Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore

Salary : Negotiable Based on Skills

**Job Description / Nature of Work**

1. **Assembly**:

- Tool and Die Maker 2 to 5 Years

Diploma in Tool and Die making / NTTF
- Assemble, fit and install pre-fabricated parts and sub-assemblies to form a completed system (including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic)
- Read and work from engineering drawings and schematics to determine assembly procedures
- Use hand and power tools as well as cranes and forklifts to fit and install parts and sub-assemblies
- Review parts received for quality and accuracy to the bill of material
- Complete tasks on schedule according to the established quality standards

2. **Furnace**:

- Furnace Technician
- Heat Treatment Technician 2 to 5 Years

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI Fitter
- Prepare two-piece manifolds and parts for brazing operations, or other brazing jobs.
- Perform pressure testing on prepared/completed parts and documenting the tests in the SAP system to ensure accuracy.
- Use spot welding techniques when required
- Use the Fork lift and crane when needed

3. **Machine Shop**:

- CNC Machinist 0 to 2 Years

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI -Machinist
- Works with computer numeric controlled heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials
- Operates CNC equipment to cut, grind, or drill into the material
- Adjusts the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well and producing high quality products
- Inspects finished products to ensure it is defect-free 2 to 5 Years

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI -Machinist 5 to 8 years

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI -Machinist

4. **Manufacturing Return Arrival (RA)**:

- Tool and Die Maker 2 to 5 Years

Diploma in Tool and Die Making / NTTF
