**Job Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive at Magnum Digital Solutions, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our services in the market. You will need to actively engage with potential clients, generate leads, and establish strong relationships to convert prospects into long-term customers. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but your ability to build relationships and drive sales is the key to success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sell Magnum Digital Solutions' services **(digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc.)** to new and existing clients.
- Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities through proactive field sales efforts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Report daily sales activities and lead generation progress to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all client information and sales activities are accurately recorded in the company’s CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven field sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Competitive salary range of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of all allowances).
- No additional allowances as everything is included in the salary.
