**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Accurate Data Entry**
- Enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across all records.

**2. System Proficiency**
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Capable of handling basic formulas, formatting, and data organization tasks efficiently.

**3. Document Preparation & Management**
- Prepare, organize, and manage both digital and physical documentation as required.
- Assist in generating daily/weekly reports and ensure proper filing of records.

**4. Inventory Monitoring (Fruits & Vegetables)**
- Check and verify the availability of fruits and vegetables in the store upon delivery.
- Maintain proper **inward and outward entry records** for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Ensure product stock levels are updated accurately and reported timely.

**5. Support to Office Staff**
- Provide assistance to office staff in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

**6. Timeliness & Responsibility**
- Complete assigned duties within specified deadlines.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all assigned work.

**7. Confidentiality**
- Handle sensitive company information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

**Required Experience**:

- **Minimum 1-3 years** of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in handling large volumes of data and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in **retail,**logistics, or finance sectors is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
