**Job Title**: MIS Executive - Hub Operations
**Location**:Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
The **MIS Executive** for **Hub Operations** is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to hub activities, ensuring efficient reporting, and supporting operational decision-making. This role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, and optimizing workflows to improve hub performance.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, manage, and analyze operational data from the hub.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub performance, inventory, logistics, and workforce productivity.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time data access.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and databases.

**2. System & Process Optimization**:

- Work with different teams to improve data management and reporting processes.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
- Assist in implementing technology-driven solutions for better hub management.

**3. Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Provide data insights to management for operational improvements.
- Act as a bridge between IT and operations teams for system enhancements.

**4. Documentation**:

- Maintain records of transactions, inventory, and other hub-related data.
- Support audits by providing necessary data and reports.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- **Preferred**: Experience in handling large datasets and working with analytics tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
