**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Subject-Specific Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create engaging activities and assessments to strengthen students' foundational knowledge.
- Provide individual attention to address the learning needs of each student.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a supportive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere to encourage learning.
- **Creative Teaching**:

- Utilize modern teaching methods, tools, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- For Art Teacher: Conduct creative art activities to boost students' imagination and skills.
- **Student Development**:

- Identify and support the individual strengths and weaknesses of each student.
- Motivate students to actively participate in classroom activities and discussions.
- **Parent and Staff Interaction**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on students' progress and performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education Requirements**:

- Specialized qualifications for Art teachers will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, especially for Art teachers.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centered teaching approach.
