**Job Title**: Commerce Lecturer (Junior College)

**Location**: RAINBOW INTEGRATED GIRLS JUNIOR COLLEGE

**Position Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
- Conduct internal assessments and assist in board exam preparation.
- Maintain student records and monitor academic performance.
- Provide academic counseling and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with changes in syllabus and teaching methodologies.
- Organize and assist in commerce-related co-curricular activities and events.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the junior college level is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
