**Responsibilities**:

- Updating job ads and conducting background checks.
- Explore and implement job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help the recruitment process move faster and more effectively.
- Mainly, follow the responsibilities as and when assigned by the concerned authority of the organization.
- Capable of taking up the work with the spirit of proving and performing their job role as committed.
- Partnering with various colleges, institutes, and consultancies that align with the company’s alignment.
- Engaging in the overall recruitment process and reaching the targets planned.
- Reporting to the organization’s head and coordinating the assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, commerce, English or a relevant field.
- Key Skills: enthusiasm, stamina, determination, interpersonal skills.
- Capable of maintaining an ethical & objective standard in reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and accurately.
- Excellent observation and judgement skills.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, along with an aptitude to effectively extract information.
- Current knowledge of the domain, good observation and deduction skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hubli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
