**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to discuss study abroad programs.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Address student questions with clear, friendly communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to foster trust and support.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Prior experience in the immigration field is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
