Farm Supervisor

**Farm Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations of the horticulture farm, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting crops.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and lead a team of farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- **Crop Monitoring**: Monitor the health and growth of plants, ensuring they are free from pests and diseases. Implement pest control and fertilization as needed.
- **Irrigation and Soil Management**: Supervise the proper use of irrigation systems and maintain soil health by implementing effective soil management practices.
- **Inventory and Supply Management**: Ensure all necessary tools, seeds, fertilizers, and equipment are available and properly maintained.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of crop production, farm activities, labor, and equipment usage.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that crops meet quality standards for sale or distribution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to farm managers on crop performance, staff productivity, and any challenges encountered.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget planning for farm operations, including cost control on labor and supplies.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
