**Job Description**:
Thinking Suite is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Accounts & Audit Executive** to join our team. This role involves supporting various accounting functions and requires proficiency in **Marg and Tally software**.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Marg and Tally software.

2. Assist in preparing and processing invoices, bills, and payments.

3. Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

4. Support in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

5. Assist with the preparation and filing of GST returns and other statutory compliance requirements.

6. Aid in inventory management and stock reconciliation.

7. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Marg and Tally software is a must.

2. Prior experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.

8. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (written and verbal).

9. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
