**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location**: Dimple Collection, Kamla Nagar, Agra

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year
**Salary**: Upto 15,000/ Month
**Reporting To**: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, manage billing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
- Support in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audit documentation
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors and auditors
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **accounting software** (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling **GST, TDS**, and payroll will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
