**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a dynamic Female for the role of Academic Course Coordinator
- Possesses knowledge of the education industry along-with good analytical skills, command over English/Malayalam, with an ability to convince and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Can call and achieve conversion of leads generated offline / online into walk-ins
- Can maintain regular communication with the parents / students for coordinating admission and scheduling activities
- Ensure smooth running of the classes according to the class schedules.
- Managing all the operational activities and day to day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement / infrastructure / technical help etc.
- Ability to meet set goals and should have a result driven attitude.
- Must be unbiased towards the team members and should be a problem solver.
- Should be implement the new ideas or feel free for workable suggestions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Organizational and Management Skills
- Good Communication wiritten Skills
- Smart and Confident

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Professional in Human Resources® (preferred)
