- Present products or services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Maintain call records, update customer information, and track responses in CRM software.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team when needed.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve call scripts and campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling rejections.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
