**Role description**:
**Experience Range**:
**8-12 years**
- Minimum 4+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in enterprise architecture roles
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE or Python

**Hiring Location: Bangalore, Mumbai**

**Must Have Skills**:

- Strong hands-on development experience with **Java/J2EE or Python**:

- Deep understanding of **enterprise systems** and **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of **microservices**, **event-driven architectures**, and **integration patterns**:

- Strong background in **data architecture**, including analytics and governance frameworks
- Strategic and hands-on ability to design and implement **scalable solutions**:

- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** skills
- Experience working across **cross-functional teams** to align business and IT goals
- Proficiency in **architecture governance**, **risk mitigation**, and **standards enforcement**

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Certifications**:TOGAF**, **SAFe Architect**, **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**, etc.
- Familiarity with frameworks like **ITIL**, **COBIT**, or **Lean Portfolio Management**:

- Exposure to **Artificial Intelligence** and **Generative AI**:

- Experience with **relational and semi-structured databases**:

- Knowledge of **CI/CD**, **DevOps practices**, **containerization**, and **observability tools**
