They must follow the prescribed syllabus and design lesson plans to meet the language learning objectives.
- Teaching English Language Skills: The trainer should conduct English language classes for students or employees, focusing on developing their communication skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The emphasis is on practical and functional language usage.
- Motivating Students and Teachers: The trainer should inspire and encourage both students and teachers to actively engage in English language learning. This may involve creating a positive learning environment, organizing interactive activities, and providing constructive feedback to enhance language proficiency.
- Creating Engaging Learning Materials: Developing and utilizing appropriate teaching materials, such as textbooks, multimedia resources, and online tools, to enhance language learning and make the classes engaging.
- Conducting Assessments: Regularly assessing the language proficiency of students and employees through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods. This helps to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing Individualized Support: Offering personalized assistance to students or employees who may be struggling with their English language skills, ensuring that they receive the necessary help and attention.
- Organizing Workshops and Training Sessions: Conducting workshops and training sessions for teachers or employees to enhance their teaching methodologies and language skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
