**Openreach looks after the fibres, wires and cables that connect the UK. So whether a consumer or business makes calls, video conferencing with clients, sharing files, downloading music, streaming movies, or online shopping, the traffic gets carries on the Openreach Network.**

**The Openreach Delivery hub manages all the IT delivery for Openreach, managing the workstack from concept through to delivery into live, operational support and customer testing. Within the hub a key aspect is the E2E test function which tests and assures the IT deliveries before releasing to openreach customers. The openreach test team is focusing on test automation and insourcing technical skills into the team to further drive the test strategy and automation.**

BT has picked up the pace towards Agile Delivery and QA team has strongly structured itself to support it in full capacity. Agile Chapter Lead role is responsible for supporting Agile Squad from QA engagement perspective and bring out the best outcome.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Setting a platform to work in strategic and tactical initiatives across various Agile squads in the tribe.
- Arresting design defects in TDD phase.
- Interact with designers on CFT’s and come up with clean design.
- Maintain status report of the tribe and also keep a record of the previous reports
- Present status reports of the Stakeholder
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully agile’d with meaningful contribution
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- SKILLS- Expertise in leading Agile Delivery
- Preparing test strategy for projects
- Exposure/experience in various test methodologies (e.g. Risk Based Testing)
- Exposure/experience in open-source test tools (e.g. Selenium) is advantageous
- Have a degree qualification (engineering/science)
- ISTQB foundation or equivalent (for e.g. Bronze ALP Certification in BT)
