IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the maintenance, installation, and management of all IT hardware and software systems in the manufacturing plant.
Ensure network and server uptime, security, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Network and Security:Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect sensitive manufacturing data.
Monitor network traffic for signs of intrusion and take necessary action to prevent security breaches.
Regularly update antivirus, firewall, and other security software.

Data Management:Manage data backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard crucial manufacturing data.
Assist in data analysis and reporting to support manufacturing process optimization.

Provide user support and training on relevant software tools.
Collaborate with external vendors or IT service providers as needed.

Hardware Maintenance:Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of manufacturing plant computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
Manage hardware inventory and procurement.

IT Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Keep records of equipment warranties and licenses.

IT Budget Management:Assist in creating and managing the IT budget for the manufacturing plant.
Recommend cost-effective IT solutions to meet business requirements.

Compliance and Regulations:Ensure IT systems and practices comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Assist in audits related to IT systems and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and hardware maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with plant staff and external vendors.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and specific industry-related software is a plus.

Pay: From ₹280,000.00 per year
