**About Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI Development**: Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Component Design**: Design and implement high-quality user interface components that are responsive and meet design specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver a seamless and integrated user experience.
- **Code Reviews**: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- **Documentation**: Document code and processes for future reference and team collaboration.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to ReactJS and front-end development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- **Experience**: 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a significant focus on ReactJS.
- Experience developing mobile/web user interfaces, component and widgets
- Familiarity with common development tools such as Eclipse, xCode, Android Software Development Kit (SDK), Git, Ubuntu/OS X.
- **State Management**: Deep understanding of state management with Redux.
- **Web Technologies**: Solid understanding of web technologies, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and responsive design principles.
- **Version Control**: Proficient with version control systems like Git.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
- Familiarity with modern front-end workflows and tools, such as npm/yarn, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks is an added advantage.
