Position: Biryani & Roll Cook

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook biryani and rolls according to established recipes and restaurant standards.
- Marinate meats (chicken, lamb, beef) and prepare spice mixtures for both biryani and roll fillings.
- Cook rice and layer it with marinated meat, fried onions, and spices to prepare biryani.
- Cook meat fillings for rolls in various styles (grilled, sautéed, etc.) ensuring proper seasoning and flavor.
- Assemble rolls by filling tortillas or bread with cooked meat, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of biryani and rolls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine biryani and roll recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of biryani and rolls for customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in both biryani and roll preparation, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of traditional biryani recipes, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing various types of rolls, including wraps, sandwiches, or burritos.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
