**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Hiring For Operations Executive to Operations Manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Efficient Asset Management**:
1. Monitor the Operations database for updates, changes, and documentation signals.

2. Identify efficiency improvements and recommend solutions to the Operations Manager.

3. Report errors or discrepancies in information to the Operations Manager.

4. Support operational aspects of maritime transits and projects as needed.

**Travel Management**:
1. Monitor and report issues with team travel arrangements to the Operations Manager.

**General Administration**:
2. Compile, file, and track accurate documentation.

3. Maintain the main operations database.

4. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

**Quality Control**:
1. Ensure accuracy and consistency through cross-checking operational documentation.

**Communication**:
1.Liaise with departments and external agencies for smooth information flow.

2. Escalate contractor performance and conduct issues.

3. Provide accurate reports on team movements, vessel transits, and unique pay arrangements to the Financial Accounts team.

**Out-of-Hours Coverage**:
1. Participate in weekend coverage on a rotational basis.

2. Be on call as per the agreed schedule to ensure continuous operational support.

**Qualifications**: Any graduate
- **Proven experience in retail sales in luxury goods or jewellery.**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.**:

- Strong knowledge of gems and diamonds
- **Proficient in using computer systems and POS software.**

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably within the maritime or logistics sector.
- Experience managing databases and monitoring documentation processes.
- Prior experience in travel management and coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
