Qc Chemist

**Job Summary**

Job Location: Mahad (Maharashtra)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To conduct QC tests of raw material, semi-finished & finished products.
- To improve existing products to reduce cost, improve performance, or simplify manufacturing and/or any research task being given.
- Making sure that data is accurately recorded in accordance with guidelines.
- Keeping up to date with production and technical developments.
- Assist Head Chemist in planning and executing laboratory tests.
- Conduct chemical experiments under the guidance of Head Chemist.
- Document test procedures and results and report the same to the Head Chemist.
- Maintain the laboratory clean, safe and organized.
- Coordinate, plan and perform daily laboratory functions.
- Analyze root causes for problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Develop or revise the test analytical methods to ensure quality, productivity, and consistency.
- Identify and report new equipment needs to Supervisor.
- **Qualifications and Skills**

B.Sc (Chemistry) and M.Sc (Chemistry) - (mandatory)

Experience in Fertilizer/Chemical industry (mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Analytical chemistry: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
