**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide management with timely and accurate financial information. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies by implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development and maximize performance. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate annual audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management, to support business objectives and strategic initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with at least [insert number] years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. **Preferred Qualifications**:
