**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design various materials for digital and print, including advertisements, brochures, magazines, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, coreldraw, and other graphic design software.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
