**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts
- Assist customers with payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to inquiries
- Follow up on escalated service tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Assess customer needs and promote bank products and services to meet their requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and services, communicate changes to customers, and educate them about financial offerings
- Refer customers to the appropriate department for additional services
- Participate in the client loyalty process, conduct surveys, and develop action plans to address customer concerns
- Stay informed about clients' strategic direction, as well as products and services offerings
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and receive detailed instructions
